lists for almost 30 years.
Pascal will give us our first taste of Spring when we team his Sancerre Les Caillottes with New Season’s
White Asparagus and Crab Salad.
Pascal will be hot-footing it straight from a guest appearance at the world’s largest wine show, Prowein in Düsseldorf, to take us through six of his wines in the magical Medieval Crypt in Ely Place, adjoining Bleeding Heart Yard including his limited production Pinot Noir Sancerre Rouge Sauvage 2014 from 60-year-old vines.
The cost of Chef Julian Marshall’s five-course menu and the six wines is £97.50 and includes water, VAT and service. The evening starts at 7.
